At the beginning of April, we launched another key phase of our project in Světice – the preparation and construction of the foundations. This stage is crucial for the stability of the entire building and marks steady progress according to our planned schedule. Earthworks are underway, the first rows of formwork blocks are being placed, and reinforcement is starting to take shape.
The photos show the current state of construction: layout of the foundation strips, excavation with heavy machinery, the first sections being concreted, and our team actively working on site. We’ve been fortunate with the weather, allowing us to move forward without delays. The result will be strong and reliable foundations for a new home built in harmony with its natural surroundings.
