Construction in Světice continues right on schedule, and each week brings visible progress. We’ve now completed the foundation bases for the garages and parking areas at homes A1 and A3. This important step allows us to move forward without delays and gives future homeowners the confidence that everything is proceeding as planned.
Additionally, we’ve finished the roof preparation work for units A1 and A3 – the structures are now ready for the next stage of roof installation as soon as conditions allow. At the same time, work has begun on unit A2, where we are leveling the ground and preparing the foundation to ensure a solid and stable base.
