Project Světice offers a combination of modern architecture, quality design and exceptional location. Three elegant semi-detached houses set in the countryside on the outskirts of the village of Světice u Říčan provide plenty of privacy, space and comfort.

House A1 and House A3 offer a light, airy interior with natural tones and subtle accents. This style emphasises their connection to the surrounding nature and the natural light that streams into the space throughout the day.

House A2 we tuned it up to be more elegant, darker interior with an emphasis on contrast, texture and coziness. It suits those who prefer a modern, sophisticated style with a more distinctive character.

House A1 – Quiet west wing with privacy

House A1 is located in the westernmost part of the propertymaking it an ideal choice for those seeking maximum privacy and tranquility. No direct neighbours from the west side – more space and privacy. South and west facing garden – perfect for afternoon sun. Close proximity to walking trails to the countryside, ideal for walking or running. Suitable for families who want to be close to green spaces.

The interior of A1 continues its exceptional location with open views of the countryside. We have used a light colour palette, natural materials and minimalist elements.

House A2 – The largest plot with a view and all day sun

House A2 is located in the central part of the plot and has the largest area towards the south. Ideal southeast orientation – sun all day long. Open views of the countrysidewithout being overshadowed by the surrounding buildings. Greater distance from the road – Quieter environment and safety for children. Possibility to create a large terrace, swimming pool or extended garden

We designed the A2 house in the spirit of darker, sophisticated interiorthat stands out for its elegance and distinctive atmosphere.

House A3 – Eastern semi-detached house with a view and morning sun

House A3 is situated closest to the driveway, but at the same time has excellent eastern orientation. Morning sun on the terrace and in the living area. Easy and direct access from the main roadideal for an active lifestyle. Good visibility and control of entrance and driveway, e.g. for families with smaller children. Possibility of views towards Říčany and the surrounding countryside.

House A3 offers a bright interior with light, natural tones. Large windows bring plenty of daylight into the space and emphasize the airiness of the whole house.

* All payments, including the reservation fee, are paid into an escrow account at FIO bank, not directly into the developer's account. This protects the client from any misunderstandings.
