The process of buying a property in our project
Selection of a suitable unit and consultation of possible modifications according to possibilities
Signing a reservation contract*
(in case of the need to secure the loan) for a period of 2 months with a reservation fee of CZK 200,000
Signing of the future purchase contract and deposit of 15% of the purchase price
After completion, the purchase contract is signed, the balance of the price is paid and the unit is handed over
* All payments, including the reservation fee, are paid into an escrow account at FIO bank, not directly into the developer's account. This protects the client from any misunderstandings.
